The best customer service! I went to John David to get my engagement ring resized. Turns out it was one of those unusually warm days and after getting home I realized it was still too big. I went back and they graciously repaired it (at no additional fee!). That was so generous and thoughtful. I’m so grateful for all the friendly faces and smiles every time I walk into the store :-). They are patient and produce spectacular work, particularly in the realm of hand engraved jewelry, and I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase wedding bands (as I did), or for any other jewelry choices.   I just had my family heirloom necklace repaired here and I couldn't be more pleased. The necklace and pendant are 30-40 years old and were my grandfathers and are extremely meaningful to me. As such, I have worn them since he passed, 11+ years ago. Unfortunately, the clasp recently opened by itself and I almost lost the pendant and I didn't want to take any chances. I started looking for a local, family owned business that did work on jewelry in house and this is exactly what I found with John David Jewelers. The staff was extremely courteous and listened to my request to repair the item and answered my questions. They even informed me that the chain was sturdy besides the year of use, but would eventually need to be replaced and to let me know to plan for that eventuality. I had a new clasp and bail installed and the pendant built up where it had worn down from years of wear. The staff did a fantastic job and turned around the item in a shorter time frame then originally agreed upon and it looks great! My wife commented that it looked like a brand new necklace. They have a customer for life! Thanks!

Dave was so patient with me as I was all over the place, loving so many different looks. We could have spent days looking at his catalogue of creations. In the end he boiled all my crazy down and made me a ring perfect for me. He searched for diamonds to go with the one I inherited from my mother, which makes this ring even more special.
